End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and MonteTeam (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) for the use of the ReDo application for Jira Cloud (“the App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees (if any), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in connection with your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance, for the number of users covered by your subscription tier.

2. Subscription Tiers

The App is offered in three tiers: Free (up to 10 users, limited features), Standard, and Premium. Feature availability and limitations are described on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed through the Atlassian Marketplace.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sublicense, resell, or distribute the App to third parties
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or Atlassian’s terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent licensing or feature restrictions
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, design, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of MonteTeam. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Data and Privacy

The App processes Jira issue data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data processing as described therein. The App runs entirely on Atlassian Cloud infrastructure.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTETEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Jira instance. Upon termination, all App data stored in Atlassian Forge KVS is automatically deleted.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated through the Atlassian Marketplace listing or within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
